The aqua mist range consists of 14 products. 10 for general emotional and states of mind and 4 for familial emotions. The 10 General Emotions and states of mind are Tranquil, Balance, Heal, Cleanse, Clear, Release, Revive, Heart, Chakra and Protect. TRANQUIL as its name suggests is designed to invoke calm and peace within you and your spaces with its first whiff of scent. It will transport you to a space of complete serenity.
Optimum Mist Pattern and Usage:
Mist in circles around the head, the feet and the lower stomach/back region. I regularly use this in all of my treatments and meditations.

HEAL is filled with deep, strong and rich essences to go burrowing into the fabric of your spaces and you transmuting any blockages that are rooted in hard to find spaces. It goes in and digs up those roots, brings them to the surface to be released. It is one of the only mists that rarely should be used on its own without another Aqua Mist product such as RELEASE or CLEANSE.
Optimum Mist Pattern and Usage:
Identify the areas of most dis-ease on your body, your clients or dark energy areas of your spaces. Spray lavishly in this area for a few moments and to exceed 10 sprays and more if you feel it is needed. Allow the area to rest for a couple of minutes before spraying with another Aqua Mist product. I am often guided to repeat this process in the same area 2 more times. This ensures the roots are fully dug out.

BALANCE is designed to do what it says and that is to bring balance and harmony with its unique blend of ingredients. It is a strong essence of balance and exerts its force with each mist to ensure that balance is restored.
Optimum Mist Pattern and Usage:
Mist in straight lines down the centre meridian of the torso front and then back, then down the linear meridian lines of the back and legs front and back.

CLEANSE is a pleasant but strong antiseptic smelling essence designed to give a thorough cleansing to any area filled with negativity, stress or worry. As I am writing this sentence I have just taken a few seconds to mist my space and me, nothing like the present moment!
Optimum Mist Pattern and Usage:
A full all over body mist and then to target a specific areas of tension, worry or anxiety. Ideally, to be used directly after using Aqua Mist HEAL or RELEASE directly misting the areas where these mists have just been used.

CLEAR dissolves negativity gently and effectively. It is a soft essence that uses its delicate tones to neutralize all energies and cords that bind us down in our every day lives.
Optimum Mist Pattern and Usage:
A full over body mist from the head downwards as if you are being washed in a waterfall giving you a deep feeling of fresh water sensations through your spaces or yourself when completed. CLEAR should always be used after HEAL or RELEASE.

REVIVE was the last arrival to the collection and was created as a concept by accident. During one of my workshops where I teach my students how to make their own mists, a client left their mist bottle behind. When I tried it I instantly felt uplifted and refreshed. It was at that moment I knew a REVIVE mist was needed in the collection, as we all need a quick pick me up sometimes!
Optimum Mist Pattern and Usage:
Use straight at the face and throat area with eyes closed and also the lower back area. I recommend using this as the last spray in all therapy treatments and meditation programs.

RELEASE is a powerhouse of a mist. It has been known to take the darkest of cords and problems out of peoples lives and spaces. It is our most popular mist next to HEART because of its positive effects. Let it all go with RELEASE!
Optimum Mist Pattern and Usage:
Mist the whole body with release and then focus on any areas where there is a stubborn energy. If none is identified but the person is exhibiting signs of tension, worry and stress, I spray the shoulders and lower stomach/back area. RELEASE should always be used after using HEAL.

Some days we feel our guard is down and we need to create some extra defences so invigorate those by using the stealth shielding of PROTECT.
This is the richest of all the sprays in our range and the most masculine.
Optimum Mist Pattern and usage:
If there was ever an overall spray this would be the one to spray everywhere generously when you need to feel that protection shield. Don’t forget to spray your feet and below them. I often use this after I have done a deep healing to cover the area like a bandage.

CHAKRA’s are internal energy systems within all living beings including spaces. When these are balanced everything should be running smoothly in our lives and spaces. However many things come along our path to discharge their balance. Charka is there to blend them into harmony. This is of the mists that can do it all!

Start by misting the base of the spine front and back, the lower stomach and back, the middle chest and back, the upper chest and back, the neck front and back, the forehead and back of head, the top of the head and the bottom of the feet.

This was the first spray I created for my family range after having terrible stomach issues with my pregnancies and ongoing worries of motherhood; I wanted to create a mist that could settle our stomachs. It works fast and is very effective.

MUMMY RELAX, the name itself just makes you want to say ‘Aaah.’ As you would expect lavender permeates through this essence, but it is blended with many other essences to create a deep sense of calm and positivity for any Mother or Father!

Spray circles around the head and shoulders in all directions. I often use this in 1-2-1 session with clients and in my meditations.

Spray from the feet up to the head and then head down to feet. This is also really good to calm adults down by spraying onto the palms of your hands.
This is one of my favourite sprays to use and I use it regularly in many settings.

Well my baby days are over so CHILDREN CALMING is often used in our home. A unique and interesting scent comes from CHILDREN CALMING but the result is the most unique – CHILLED KIDS! As most kids when needing this won’t stand still for long enough to mist. I generally use this as a mist for their rooms and my home. However I have used it with clients on their body who are dealing with childhood issues and when we are seeking the inner child during meditations.
